Common questions

Pricing, Straight Up

What payment options do you offer?

Card and bank transfer are both fine, and the amount is exactly what you agreed to before we started, nothing added on afterward.

What does the $65 off your first service cover?

It's taken straight off the price of your first job with us as a new customer. There's no catch and no minimum spend to qualify.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. $0 call-out fee applies regardless of what we find or what you decide, so a look-over never costs you a cent.

Is the quote really free?

Yes, genuinely free. We look at the problem, explain what's needed, and quote it before anything happens, at no charge for that visit.

Common questions

Licensed, Insured and Done Properly

Are your plumbers qualified to work on gas?

Yes, our gas fitters hold the licence NSW requires for gas work, separate from general plumbing, and it covers every gas job we take on.

Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?

The private line from your house to the point it connects with the mains is yours to maintain. Past that connection point, it's Sydney Water's.

What is your lifetime labour warranty?

The labour on any job we complete is guaranteed for as long as it stands. If our workmanship fails, we come back and fix it at no cost.

Can you check my licence number?

Yes. Our licence is #465156C, and it's checkable any time against the NSW plumbing licence register.

Common questions

How Fast We Get to You

How fast can you get here?

Same day is the goal wherever the job allows it, and a genuine flood or spray jumps straight to the front of the queue.

What happens after I call?

A real person takes the details, a licensed plumber gets moving, and you get a fixed price to approve before any work starts. Once you've said yes, the job runs through to completion and a tidy finish.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Water pooling or spraying somewhere it shouldn't, no hot water anywhere in the house, a full-house blockage, or catching a whiff of gas. A dripping tap or a slow drain can usually wait for a booking.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes, genuinely, including weekends and public holidays. Whoever picks up is a real person, not a machine, no matter what hour it is.

Common questions

Local to Marsfield

Do you cover the suburbs next to Marsfield?

Yes, Macquarie Park, Eastwood, Epping, West Ryde and Ryde are all part of our regular coverage, not occasional extras.

How local are you, really?

Marsfield and the surrounding Ryde area are our everyday patch, not somewhere we'd need directions to find. We know the streets around Curzon Hall on Agincourt Road and the quieter pocket near Nunook Reserve just as well as the busier ones.

Why do Marsfield's older homes get plumbing emergencies?

Most of the suburb went up after a 1959 rezoning, and a lot of that original 1960s-80s hot water and drainage stock is now well past its working life. Winter tends to be when a struggling hot water unit finally gives out, right when it's needed most.

Do you take on local new builds and renovation work?

We focus on emergency and same-day repair work rather than new-build plumbing, though we're happy to sort out issues that surface during a renovation.
